Ages: 1st grade and up
Materials: None

 

Process:

  1. Left Arrow Callout: ? _ The purpose of this warm-up is to mix up the students and eventually get them into groups with a variety of people.
  2. Ask the students to arrange themselves in groups according to a physical characteristic like shoe type, eye color, hair color, shirt types, etc.
  3. Once in a group, they must think of a name for their group.
  4. Rearrange the class a number of times so they get very mixed up.
