Mission Statement: Classification: Professional, Non-profit Appropriate Grade Level: Costs: Programs/Performances: Music/Dance/Dramas 30-40 minute presentations performed in the Valley schools for K-6 in collaboration with String Sounds. These programs convey positive messages through music and dance. Sister Moses - The Story of Harriet Tubman-a 45 minute dance drama with a cast of over 20 performers including: dancers, singers, musicians, and actors. School field trips are available on an annual basis usually during Black History Month in February. Residency Classes: Poetry in Motion-hands-on workshops geared towards K-12. Students explore self-expression through creating words and movements in the form of a song and rap style rhythm. Songs are written with the intention of positive choices and messages.
